Anna Rosinska, MD

Dr. Rosinska is a Board Certified physician with over a decade of experience. Her special interests include Anti-Aging Medicine, Dermatology and Aesthetics. She continually strives to find new ways to provide her patients with expert care while making them feel comfortable and at ease.

After graduating from Medical School in Warsaw, Poland and completing her internship followed by 3 years of Dermatology Residency, Dr. Rosinska has made the decision to move to United States and pursue her career in Internal Medicine. She entered a residency program in St. Barnabas Hospital in New York City and graduated in 1998. Shortly after obtaining her Board Certification Dr.Rosinska and her family have moved to West Texas and went on to establish a successful private practice.

During the last several years in her practice, Dr. Rosinska began to hear numerous complaints from her patients about their body image and appearance. As a result, she decided to expand her services so that her patients could receive more of their care in one office.

She received specialized training in mesotherapy and weight management, the use of lasers, administration of Botox and dermal fillers, photo rejuvenation, sclerotherapy and other areas of aesthetic medicine. She has also trained in Women's Care, Bio identical Hormones, Allergy Testing, Anti aging Medicine and Longevity.

"Personally, I'm most interested in integrative medicine, which is the combination of traditional medical therapy with complimentary natural components that address each patient in a holistic way."

Dr. Rosinska's primary goal is to provide exceptional patient care with excellent results and superior patient satisfaction. Instead of being limited by boundaries of mainstream medicine, she continually expands her horizons through extensive continuing education.

"It's important to me to keep my practice vital and interesting. Although the work is sometimes difficult, I enjoy my practice and look for opportunities to grow professionally and personally."

Dr.Rosinska was voted a Silver Medalist in Midland's Top 100 Businesses and Personalities in category for Midland's Favorite Physician in Year 2008. Dr.Ronsinska was also voted a Gold and Silver Medalist in Midland's Top 100 for 2009.

Nilda Luna, Office Manager

Nilda manages our office and is an insurance expert. She has several years of experience in healthcare, including maintaining patients accounts and medical records. Nilda oversees all medical and aesthetic appointments as well as insurance processing. She is fluent in Spanish and has a special talent for taking care of all patients' needs with positive attitude. Nilda's commitment to excellence, professionalism and personal attention to every detail makes our office run smoothly and efficiently.

Ashly D.Smith, Aesthetician

Ashly is a certified aesthetician, makeup artist and facialist. She has an extensive education in cosmetology and holds multiple diplomas from Vogue Cosmetology School, Sylvie Hennessy Academy of Esthetics & Spa Therapies, Austin Community College and Texas Tech University. She specializes in medical microdermabrasion, chemical peels, acne treatment, skin rejuvenation and skin care. Ashly is also a Certified Lash Stylist and has introduced Xtreme Lashes to Body Focus. Her professionalism and passion for patients' care has become a great asset to our clinic.

Jess Ann Guzman, LVN

Jess Ann is a LVN. She has just graduated from College with a degree in nursing and phlebotomy. She also holds a Cosmetology License which is a great asset to our aesthetic practice. Jess Ann brings with her a gift for patient care. In addition to her nursing duties she also assists with aesthetic procedures and translation for our Spanish-speaking patients.

Alma McMillan, Laser Technician

Alma specializes in laser treatments and skin rejuvenation. In addition to her experience in medical aesthetics, she is also fluent in Spanish and brings enthusiasm, positive attitude and a commitment for excellence to our already friendly and professional staff.

Lorena Gonzalez, Aesthetic Coordinator

Lori has several years of experience in medical field working as a patients' coordinator and a receptionist in busy medical offices. She brings with her positive attitude, professionalism and passion for patients' care and problem solving. She is bilingual, has a great personality and communication skills.

Ida Alvarez, Patient Coordinator

Ida is a patient coordinator and a receptionist with 15 years experience in medical and surgical practice. She manages multiple phone lines, schedules appointments and helps patients with insurance. When patients call our office, Ida greets them warmly and gets them taken care of in an efficient and sensitive manner. She is also fluent in Spanish.

Amanda Arterberry, Aesthetic Coordinator

Amanda is a licensed surgical technician who has completed all state and national required certifications. She has several years of experience in assisting with cosmetic surgeries and has a gift for patients' care. Amanda's commitment for excellence is highly reinforced by her positive attitude and professionalism.

Marcie D. Whitehill, Cosmetologist

Marcie is a licensed cosmetologist, medical aesthetician, and AIIC certified master intradermal cosmetic technician. Marcie has been teaching intradermal cosmetics and paramedical procedures for eight of her twelve years in practice. She is co-owner of Permanent Chic, a company that provides certification in various paramedical procedures, particualry permanent cosmetics. In addition to being an accomplished speaker and educator, Marcie has managed the office of plastic surgeon David A Grant, M.D., F.A.C.S. in Fort Worth,TX for ten years. Marcie is a native of West Texas and brings her experience and knowledge of permanent cosmetics home each month.
